CHARTHAM W.I. was founded in May 1949. We meet on the third Thursday of the month in the Village Hall at 7.30 p.m. and have a variety of speakers. In addition there are various small groups of members who meet regularly for leisure activities, e.g. Craft, Walking, Lunch Club etc. We organise social events e.g. Italian Evening, BBQ, Quiz Night, Bat & Trap etc. Please look at our new website www.charthamwi.org.
We belong to East Kent Federation of W.I.s who organise Craft Events, Art & Leisure Events, Outings etc. all of which our members are able to join in. This year celebrates the 90th anniversary of the Federation.
We would be delighted if you would like to join us, as a visitor or as a new member.
